We supported a utility across the full procurement and trading value chain. From short-term and long-term sourcing to market access and imbalance management, we built the foundations for reliable, cost-efficient operations. We helped a large aggregator unlock value from prosumer portfolios. Through household optimisation, cost simulation and pool-level forecasting, we turned distributed assets into coordinated virtual power plants. We also enabled participation in control reserve markets and implemented a robust billing logic.

We applied electricity-market intelligence to the heating transition. We designed a hedging and risk framework for volatile energy markets. From dynamic tariff price guarantees to futures procurement and option trading, we structured the procurement of a large new energy player to assure and protect their margins. We also built monitoring to keep imbalance and country risks under control.
